Account Manager Field Crops (China)

Your challenge

As Account Manager you will work within INCOTEC China’s Field Crops team of sales management, customers services and R&D. The Account Manager will meet business sales goals and achieve long-term growth within the assigned district. Your efforts will contribute to achieving the leading position in the film coat market. INCOTEC is a leading agricultural technology company and you will be expected to affect film coat sales growth and enrich our product mix. With new opportunities emerging each day in this exciting industry, you will build and maintain new and existing customer relationships and work to strategize market development. You will manage district requirements, including product stewardship, and develop and implement a district market plan aligned with our company objectives.

You are

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or chemistry and at least 2 year’s sales experience. In time you will be able to demonstrate high impact sales skills to achieve and increase sales growth. The position requires the ability to function independently and also as a member of the Field Crops team as well as the ability to understand customer needs and maintain long-term and trusting relationships with customers. You are able to manage your district in accordance with company policies, which include integrity and conducting business in an ethical manner as well as ensuring safety in all aspects of the job. Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are necessary for success in this position as are time and territory management and problem-solving abilities.
