This is a strategic investment for Incotec which is not only about increasing capacity to support business growth. Sustainability is key
The new factory has an area of 900m², is fully automated and equipped with state-of-the-art technology. Sustainability is key and has been maximized wherever possible. An example is the modern cleaning system, known as the CIP system (Cleaning in Place), which radically reduces the use of water. Photovoltaic panels have been installed to produce energy on site, meeting up to 95% of the energy demands, plan to cover 100%, with the expectation of saving up to 95mt CO2 per year. The project also includes a rainwater reservoir which will be used to irrigate Incotec's gardens.
Product quality, delivery efficiency, maximal sustainabilty
Bruno Hoeltgebaum Neto, Global Sales Director Incotec: “With this new plant we have refined our product quality, which was already highly rated by customers, as well as our delivery capacity and speed, but we have also taken a huge step towards greater sustainability. We always look for the most sustainable solutions to help our customers achieve their goals.”
